What is “Refactor-India” movement launched by F.A.C.T:

The term ‘refactor’ is borrowed from Computer Science parlance. It means improving something that is already existing. It may include simplifying things by reducing complexities, replacing things that help improve the performance and efficiency.

No other word might better reflect the present situation than ‘Refactoring-India’. It is people’s wish to get rid of things that are holding the nation back. Injecting new life into the system improving its performance, efficiency and responsiveness.
